1. Who we are

SunEye Corp International Inc. ("SunEye Corp", "we", "our") operates suneye.rightpro.com. Our registered office is at 350 Fifth Avenue, Suite 5400, New York, NY 10118, USA. For UK/EU data protection purposes, our representative is reachable at info@suneye.rightpro.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, phone, enquiry content via contact forms), data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral source via Google Analytics 4), and data from CloudEye and SunLink platform users (camera footage metadata, energy production data — see product-specific data processing agreements).

3. How we use your data

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of: contract performance (service delivery), legitimate interests (analytics, security), legal obligation (compliance), and consent (marketing communications).

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: service providers (Vercel hosting, Google Analytics, HubSpot CRM) under data processing agreements; RightPro Inc. as our parent company for group reporting purposes; and law enforcement or regulators where legally required.

6. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for 2 years. CloudEye video metadata is retained per your subscription tier (30 days standard, extended per plan). SunLink energy data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics 4 default settings (up to 14 months).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, contact info@suneye.rightpro.com with subject line "Privacy Request". We respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and session management. A cookie consent banner is displayed on first visit. You may withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings.
