By accessing suneye.rightpro.com or using any SunEye Corp product (including CloudEye and SunLink), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

2. Use of the website

You may access suneye.rightpro.com for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying infrastructure. Scraping, automated data collection, or reverse engineering of any SunEye Corp platform is prohibited without prior written consent.

3. CloudEye and SunLink platforms

Access to CloudEye and SunLink SaaS platforms is governed by the applicable Subscription Agreement and Data Processing Agreement provided at point of sale. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as elected. Overdue accounts may result in service suspension after 14 days' notice.

4. Intellectual property

All content on suneye.rightpro.com — including text, images, product names, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of SunEye Corp International Inc. or its licensors. "SunEye Corp", "ThirdEYE", "BrightSUN", "CloudEye", "ShieldServ", "SunLink", and "SunInstall" are trademarks of SunEye Corp International Inc. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

5. Product information

Product specifications, pricing, and availability on this website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Confirmed pricing is provided only via formal quotation. Simulated revenue figures are published for BRIDGE Program training purposes and do not represent audited financial statements.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunEye Corp International Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any SunEye Corp product. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
